- BIOGRAFIA -
Banda limeña (Perú) organizada a comienzos de este año (2008) por Pedro Zamalloa, Victor Mendoza, Eduardo Yalán, Giancarlo Melgar y Hector Bahamonde. Craneotomy es la vivida interpretacion de la nueva generación de Death metal que surge en latinoamerica. Excelentes breaks (en las canciónes Walking monstrosity, The god of Spinoza y en Beheaded for Redemption) excelentes riffs y muy buenas brujas y guturales; todo en una sola masacre musical. Estos muchachos tienen futuro.
Empezaron en el myspace con la canción The God of Spinoza, una excelente canción deathcore con un break que destroza a cualquier moshero. The God of Spinoza narra como la iglesia judía excomulgó al célebre filósofo holandes Baruch Spinoza con maldiciones e injurias atroces, solo por el hecho de promulagar una nueva teoria sobre Dios, sobre los afectos y sobre la Ética. Asi que esta canción tiene una poderosa letra y una gran perspectiva acerca de las nuevas tendencias del metal. Esperemos que Craneotomy (hoy por hoy con bastante público en México y en otros países de latinoamerica) nos sorprenda con nuevas canciones durante los proximos años, que sabemos serán de brutalidad máxima.
